It works with a 2 channel receiver but it only controls the heating channel : something else (in my case the controller) controls the hot water channel (and the controller also sets the temperature on the thermostat)

If you treat the receiver in the same way as you would use a 2 channel relay (Fibaro Double Switch 2 Gen5) then you'll understand that the answer is "yes". Indeed, if you use the relay rather than the receiver you'll save ã20 and have a more flexible solution

It will only control one channel and that will be the heating channel. Your Razberry will control the H/W timings. It took me a while to get my head around the relationships between the Controller, the Boiler Controller and the Thermostat. Everything is temperature driven so setting the background minimums and expected temps at different times of the day is key.
