You need to contact SmartThings. It looks like the device handler they have created, or the one that you are using isn't correct. The device handlers are created by ST or members of the community, so you would need to check there.

It sounds like the samsung unit is not recognising all the channels from the sensor, The motions sensor is a on and off command so that would be why its showing save a lot of heat ache and ditch the samsung unit at get a Pi or a vera unit.

I'd try re-adding it, manually selecting Fibaro motion sensor. Mine worked first time with ST.
