Can these be placed in an unfinished loft/attic? Some smoke detectors specifically state not to place them in an unfinished attic (e.g. Nest Protect) due to the large temp changes etc. Could not find anything specific re. these so thought I would pose the question here. There is the option to make the sensitivity low, I have one in my kitchen and it only triggers at about 60 degrees c. Hope that helps

Thanks Andy! Not tried it up there yet as was wondering if there were any other reasons but will do as advised and keep it out the Alarm loop to see how it performs.
