The smart meter is controlled by Z-wave controllers (e.g. I use VERA). The other modules like the breaker/switch need the smart meter to work.
Can this unit be controlled from other z-wave controllers? or is the smart meter required? Z-Wave Qubino Smart Meter ZMNHTD1 Plus
