Qubino don't explicitly state what Bypass to use unfortunately.
In reality, a Bypass can just be considered a "***** load" - a resistor or capacitor that has a fixed value so that it consumes a fixed amount of power when connected between Live and Neutral - in most cases that power is "lost" as heat.
Your local electrical store should be able to help with that, various manufacturers make them such as Danlers.
