I'm afraid the Vesternet devices haven't been tested in Home Assistant, but they're pretty simple devices so we wouldn't expect any issues with them working with most Z-Wave controllers.
Does this switch feature in the Z-Wave JS database https://devices.zwave-js.io/ for Home Assistant users? Vesternet Z-Wave High Load Switch
