If you mean using them in a multi-way lighting circuit (where one or more switches can control the light) then yes, they can be used like that using Z-Wave Association. One switch is physically wired to the load and the others control that switch using Z-Wave Association. Alternatively the same functionality can be achieved using Scenes in the Z-Wave Controller.
